Questions everyone asks, answered once

How to make a shipping label

  1. Enter the sender and recipient addresses. The preview updates as you type.
  2. Add the service name, package weight and tracking number - the tracking number is printed as a scannable Code 128 barcode.
  3. Download the label as a PDF sized exactly 4x6 inches, or as a PNG, and print it on a thermal printer or plain paper.

Is this a postage label?

No. This tool makes the label layout: addresses, service, weight, a tracking barcode and your order reference. It does not buy postage. If you ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, buy postage from the carrier or your store platform; use this label for local delivery, couriers, warehouse transfers, returns, or when your carrier gives you a tracking number and you need a clean printed label.

What size is a shipping label?

The standard thermal shipping label is 4x6 inches (101.6 x 152.4 mm), which fits Zebra, Rollo, MUNBYN and most other label printers. The PDF from this page is exactly that size, so print it at 100% scale with no margins.

Need labels for every order?
