How to make a ticket
- Enter the event name, date, time and venue. The preview updates as you type.
- Add the admission type and price, and a section, row and seat if your event has reserved seating.
- Set the ticket number - it is printed on the tear-off stub as a scannable Code 128 barcode.
- Download the ticket as a PDF sized exactly 8 x 3 inches, or as a PNG to share or print.
What size is an event ticket, and how do I print it?
This ticket is 8 x 3 inches (203.2 x 76.2 mm), a common size for concert and event tickets with a stub. Print the PDF at 100% scale ("actual size", not "fit to page") on US Letter or A4 - the ticket lands on the sheet at its true size, ready to trim. Card stock (65-110 lb) feels like a real ticket. Cut along the edges with a paper trimmer, then fold along the dashed line a few times so the stub tears off cleanly.
Can I make raffle tickets?
Yes for one ticket: put the raffle name in the event field, the draw date in the date field and the ticket number below - the number is printed on the stub, so the organizer keeps the stub (write the buyer's name and phone on its back) and the buyer keeps the main part. This page makes one ticket at a time, though. A raffle needs a numbered set, and that is coming soon: join the list for bulk generation - one row per ticket in a spreadsheet, every ticket with its own number, all in a single PDF.
Can I sell tickets with this?
No. This tool makes printable tickets: the design, the event details, the seat and a barcoded number. It does not take payments, sell tickets online or scan them at the door. It works well when you sell tickets yourself - at the door, through your club, school or church, or after someone pays you another way - and want a clean ticket to hand over. For online sales and check-in, use a ticketing platform.
