Terms of use
Last updated October 22, 2026
DittoFox is run by Alex Kay, an individual established in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. By using dittofox.com you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected]. Who we are and how complaints are handled is on the about page; how we handle data is in the privacy policy.
The service
DittoFox has free generators: you fill in a form and download the document as a PDF or PNG. There is no account. Documents made for free carry a small "Made with DittoFox" mark; do not remove it if you republish the generator's output as a template of your own. A waitlist on some pages asks for your email address so we can tell you when making many documents from a spreadsheet is ready. If paid plans come, they will be announced on the site; nothing you use free today will start to cost money without you choosing it.
Not a law firm, not legal advice
DittoFox is a form-filling tool, not a law firm, and it does not give legal advice. Leases, notices, bills of sale and the other legal forms are general templates: they are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney, and no attorney has checked how they fit your situation. Laws differ by state and change; whether a document is right for you and complies with the law where you use it is your responsibility. For anything unusual, ask a lawyer licensed in your state.
What you enter
You are responsible for what you type into a generator and for how you use the document. Enter only information you are allowed to use, and make sure it is true: a document is only as accurate as what goes into it.
Fair use
- Do not use DittoFox to make fake, misleading or unlawful documents, such as counterfeit tickets, labels or receipts.
- Do not attack, overload or probe the service, or get around its limits on downloads.
We can block traffic that breaks these rules.
Availability and liability
DittoFox is free and provided as is: we work to keep it running and the templates accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Check a document before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to US$50. Some places do not allow these limits; where they are not allowed, they do not apply to you, and nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Complaints
Write to [email protected]. How we handle a complaint is on the about page.
